Steve Baugrud, PA-C

Steve became a Physician Assistant to help people—specifically in orthopedics, where many conditions are treatable and outcomes can be life-changing. With 26 years of experience (25 in orthopedics), he specializes in total hip and knee replacements, as well as shoulder and knee arthroscopy. He finds great reward in helping patients, particularly older adults with arthritis, regain mobility and quality of life through injections or joint replacement procedures.

Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from UW–Milwaukee and a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Chicago Medical School. He completes 100 hours of continuing education every two years to stay current in orthopedic care. Outside of work, Steve enjoys traveling with family and friends, woodworking, home improvement projects, and restoring vintage motorcycles.
