Equal parts sassy and strategic, LoAnn handles scheduling puzzles, supply mysteries, and staffing curveballs like a pro. She leads with heart, humor, and a zero-tolerance policy for disorganization. The Surgery Center may run on precision, but everyone knows it runs because of LoAnn.
