X-Ray Imaging
On-site diagnostic imaging designed for convenience, clarity, and faster treatment planning.
Why Choose Our X-Ray Imaging Services?
Timely and accurate diagnosis is the first step toward effective treatment. At our orthopedic clinics, we offer on-site digital X-ray services to help identify fractures, joint issues, and other musculoskeletal concerns—without the need for a separate imaging appointment or delay.
Convenience Matters
With in-house imaging, you can be seen by your provider and have your X-rays completed during the same visit.
Specialized for Orthopedic Needs
Our technicians and radiologists are trained to capture high-quality images specifically geared toward bone and joint injuries.
Fast Results for Faster Care
X-rays are interpreted quickly so your care team can review results with you immediately and start a treatment plan without delay.
What Can X-Rays Detect?
X-rays are a non-invasive, painless diagnostic tool that can help identify:
Bone fractures and dislocations
Joint degeneration or arthritis
Bone spurs or growths
Infections or tumors in the bone
Hardware placement in post-surgical patients
Preparing for Your X-Ray Appointment
What to Wear
We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. You may be asked to remove any clothing or jewelry that could interfere with the image, especially if it contains metal.
What to Expect During the Procedure
X-rays are quick and painless. You’ll be asked to hold still for a few moments while the image is taken. In most cases, the process takes only a few minutes from start to finish.
X-RAY Frequently asked questions (faqs)
What should I wear during my X-ray?
Wear loose, comfortable clothing without metal fasteners, zippers, or snaps. You may be asked to change into a gown for certain types of imaging.
Can I wear jewelry or a bra during an X-ray?
Metal objects, including jewelry and underwire bras, may need to be removed as they can interfere with the clarity of the images.
Do I need to fast or avoid eating before my X-ray?
No preparation is needed for standard orthopedic X-rays. You can eat and drink as usual unless otherwise directed by your provider.
Is it safe to have an X-ray if I’m pregnant or think I might be?
If you’re pregnant or may be pregnant, let your care team know before the X-ray. Alternative imaging options or protective measures can be considered.
