Acute back or neck pain

Swollen joints
Minor lacerations or cuts needing stitches
Please note: We do not treat life-threatening emergencies—call 911 or go to the ER for those.
Do I need an appointment?
No appointment is necessary.
Walk in during clinic hours and you’ll be seen by a provider specializing in orthopedic care.
Who will I see at OrthoASAP?
You’ll be evaluated by one of our experienced orthopaedic physician assistants or sports medicine physicians, specializing in bone, joint, and muscle care. If needed, a follow-up with a specific orthopedic specialist will be arranged.
Will I get X-rays or imaging on the same day?
Yes. Both our Brookfield and Pewaukee OrthoASAP clinics offer on-site digital X-ray and MRI.
This allows our providers to quickly diagnose and treat your orthopedic condition—all under one roof, often during the same visit.
You won’t need to visit an outside imaging center or delay care. If advanced imaging is needed, we’ll coordinate that as part of your treatment plan.
Is OrthoASAP covered by insurance?
Yes. Most major insurance plans are accepted. It’s always a good idea to check with your insurance provider for coverage details.
What should I bring?
For the fastest service, bring:
A valid photo ID
Insurance card
List of current medications
Any previous imaging or medical records, if available
How is OrthoASAP different from an ER or urgent care?
Unlike traditional urgent care or ERs, OrthoASAP provides direct access to orthopedic specialists. You’ll skip unnecessary referrals, avoid long ER wait times, and receive orthopedic-specific treatment right away.
Do you treat children?
Yes. We treat orthopedic injuries in patients of all ages, including children with sports injuries, growth plate injuries, or fractures.
What happens after my visit?
If you need additional care—like follow-up with a surgeon, physical therapy, casting, or an MRI—our team will schedule it in-house so your care remains seamless and efficient.
